Dr. LAVERN DEER B.S., MBA., Hon. PhD.
Lavern Deer was born in Kingston Jamaica and migrated to Nassau,
Bahamas at the age of 9. Several years later she moved to South Florida
where she reside in Overtown and the City of North Miami Beach; she
graduated a proud NMB Charger. Dr. Deer is a 2019 Mayoral Candidate
in the City of Miami Gardens where she is residing over the past 30years.
